Recently, I have been asking average Joe and Jane on the street various questions about the US Government.
Sadly, but hardly surprising, the average person’s knowledge and understanding of the functions of the US government is a joke.

We can only hope you understand the idea of checks and balances and the three branches of Government.

We will address the above topics in the near future.
It is strongly advised that you get an accurate understanding of this information.

The reason being is this:
If your not fully informed on how our system really works how can you make wise decisions as to how to fix the problems.

Here are a few of the basic elements that you probably were not taught in school.

First, what is the Supreme Law of the land?
If you answered the Constitution, you are only partly correct.
There exist a MASSIVE body of legislation outside of the Constitution called the United States Code or often referred to as the USC

What is the USC (United States Code Collection)?
The overly simple answer is, it is where all the laws that congress has ever passed goes to.
There is so much legislation that the entire collection of laws and regulations would fill and entire normal size library.

This has HUGE implications…HUGE and you need to get this right now.
Before the end of this post, you will understand that the USC is more influential in your daily life then the Constitution could ever hope to be!
This should should ALARM the breath out of you. Something that could fill a library is more influential then our Constitution. ALARMING to say the least

I know what some of you are thinking, but there is no way it could.
If a law does not jive with the Constitution, then it is no law!
And while that is true, it is only true when the Supreme court rules that way and we have to understand that.

Our constitutional rights have been taken and yes we are often denied those rights..yet we yell .. “we want our constitutional rights” then we can’t figure out why we can’t get them.
Now …you know.

To make our point even more clear we challenge you to show us any precedent where a lower court has had the ability to strike something down for being Unconstitutional.
You cant’!

Please American people, we urge you to take time to flip through the insanely large bodies of legislation that is the USC. We don’t have the time … or we would lose every thing we own. Getting you information like we do takes time. We know the value of this information is PRICELESS… but we still have to make money to put peanut butter and jelly on our table. • The UNITED STATES is a Federal Corporation!
• The International Court of Justice (Brought to you by the UN) IS a legally recognized court in the UNITED STATES!
• The Secretary of the Treasury has near dictator powers!

• You have NO, none, zilch “Rights” to a trial; only a privileged at best!
• The money the Federal Reserve prints is loaned to the government with interest!

  That is just a fact LOANED to our government with interest.
  Private bankers loaning our governing body… debt to us folks..

• There is a law that says you have to file an Income Tax statement (this is a touchy subject with a lot of conditionals)!
• The SDR or Special Drawing Rights (folks this is the currency of the UNITED NATIONS… again the UNITED NATIONS and people.. it is legal tender) this is currency in the United States; and has been since 1969!
  WE must make sure you understand how this affects you and me.
• There are many many more startling revelations…

These realities are ALL ILLEGAL under the US Constitution, but are permitted via the USC.
We have never challenged any of this. Why haven’t we?

Folks, the Constitution was suspended in 1933 and has not been reintroduced since then.
How many of you knew that?

How many know why?
If you don’t know this then we deserve what we get… oh “they didn’t teach us” is unacceptable.
We have to be responsible for who we allow to control our freedoms and if we don’t know what has happened to us already how will we prepare to fix our situation.

Get off the trough people and get the truth about our democracy and the deception.
